JT and his team joined AIA in last quarter of 2018, launching the beginning of what has been a wonderful journey so far. One of the things that JT is most proud of is the amazing team of people who surround him. JT’s team embodies a culture of caring and the utmost dedication to client service. Together, they work in the best interest of their clients and proactively work to protect, insure, and strategize plans to help increase their clients’ wealth and portfolios. In 2020, JT was named a Top 8 Financial Services Associate Director together with his dream team. The distinction marked a milestone achievement in his career and is a proud moment on which he continues to build.
As a leader, JT manages by example to help his team also grow and develop into leaders themselves. He enjoys developing meaningful relationships with his team members so that he can encourage and inspire them to reach their full potential. Always a voice of constructive advise and positivity, JT magnifies the strength of the individuals on his team. He believes that the positive and constructive culture that he has created is the foundation of his team’s success. In turn, JT’s team is proud to uphold a selfless and collaborative environment that is optimal for growth by empowering and lifting each other up.
Also paramount to JT and his team’s success is the desire to serve. JT is a fan of the famous quote by Lao Tzu which says, “A leader is best when people barely know he exists, when his work is done, his aim fulfilled, they will say: we did it ourselves.” With this service-oriented attitude guiding their daily work, JT and his team always put clients’ best interests at the heart of everything they do.
