Before starting her current position at the company, Li Min gained more than 10 years of experience working as a Key Account Manager in a leading MNC in Shanghai and Singapore. After having her second child, she decided on a career switch and joined AIA to become a financial services consultant. As an advisor, she always tries to put herself in her clients’ shoes.
